At Mr p Artist we take pride in our products and customer service, all our products are produced by print on demand services and the providers we use are of the highest quality.
Most goods are produced and shipped within 2-3 days of the order being received.
We use multiple print providers and due to this multiple postage charges may be applicable when ordering variety's of goods during your purchase. We do try our best to keep the price of postage down by absorbing some of the postage costs at our expense.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the fact that our products are produced by print on demand providers please ensure that when ordering any clothes you ensure the size is correct as we do not refund or replace clothes for larger or smaller sizes.
if however the goods you purchased arrive damaged then a replacement will be sent out to you upon receipt of photographic proof of the damaged goods.
